UCA announces the receipt of the CMA’s decision to reduce its capital

The United Cooperative Insurance Company announces the receipt of the Capital Market Authority’s decision to approve the company’s request to reduce its capital from (490,000,000) Riyals to (400,000,000) Riyals and thus reducing the number of shares from (49,000,000) shares to (40,000,000) shares.

This approval is subject to the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the company and the completion of the relevant regulatory procedures and requirements, the company will also announce any future developments in this regard, if available.
